Resep Kue Sarang Semut (Cake of Caramel)

Ingredient
- ¼ kg soft flour
- ½ kg sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 200 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 100 grm melted margarine
- 6 pcs whole egg
- 400 ml water
Method
- Made of caramel from sugar, cook low heat until liquid & melted without become a deep golden color, add water bit by bit, don’t stir and let stand on counter until cool.
- Mix egg until well incorporate with whisk.
- Place flour, baking soda, vanilla in a bowl, added on this caramel bit by bit stir with spatula.
- Next added egg, milk, melted margarine and raisin stir.
- Pour into mold and bake in oven until 30 minute.
- When cake are cooked, remove from oven and turn upside down on plate.
